Approach
We aim to have an initial conversation over the telephone or on Skype. In this we can discuss a prospective piece of work, and if appropriate we will follow up with a written proposal. We always aim to agree a set of outcomes or deliverables, a timetable and basic terms of business before starting work. Usually we agree a fixed fee for a piece of work.
We will often work with associates to offer a tailored solution for our clients. We will consider projects of any scale. Due to our flexible ways of working we can support projects concentrated in a short period of time, and those spread out over a longer period, to meet client requirements.
We are also happy to receive details of tenders for consultancy services, and will repond according to the appropriate framework if we feel we can help.
